Greetings, iam Kimberly Stroik, Promise me you’ll have a good time.

Oh man, this 4x4 post is really starting to rot in the ground! I mean, it’s been there for a while now and it’s definitely seen better days. You can tell it’s not gonna last much longer - time to get a replacement pronto! It’s a real shame ‘cause this post has been through thick and thin with us. But hey, that’s life - nothing lasts forever. Let’s just hope we can find something that’ll do the job just as well.

How Do You Keep A 4X4 Post From Rotting In The Ground? [Solved]

Layin’ down a thick layer of loose gravel at the bottom of the post hole will let water trickle through and away from the base, keepin’ it dry and preventin’ rot. Pop into your local hardware store or landscaping-supply biz to pick some up.

Well, that 4x4 post isn’t gonna last long if it’s rotting in the ground. It’s just a matter of time before it gives out - no use trying to fight Mother Nature! I mean, she always wins in the end. Y’know, you should probably replace it sooner rather than later; otherwise you’ll be left with a big ol’ mess on your hands.
