Well, potty-training a young Yorkie pup can be quite the task! You’ll need to take ’em out every 1-2 hours. But once they’re all grown up and fully potty-trained, they should be able to hold it for 8 hours. Now, while healthy adult Yorkies can probably go even longer - like 10-12 hours - don’t expect ’em to do that.
Long-haired Yorkies can hold their pee for a surprisingly long time! They’re known for being able to “hold it in” better than other breeds. So, if you’ve got a Yorkie, you don’t have to worry about them having accidents all the time - they’ll usually wait until you take them out. Pretty cool, huh?
